Amptec electric boilers
Amptec electric flow boilers heat water for a wet central heating system (radiators or underfloor heating). If you also want domestic hot water then the boiler needs to be paired with a hot water cylinder.

Heatrae Sadia boiler service
An annual service isn’t as essential for electric boilers as they are for gas and oil boilers. This is because they have fewer moving parts and they aren’t burning fuel so less can go wrong.
For landlords, this means you don’t need to get an annual safety certificate.
An annual service is needed to keep the warranty valid.
Heatrae Sadia boiler warranty
All Heatrae Sadia products come with a 2 year parts and labour warranty as standard. During this time, you’ll be covered by the manufacturer in the event that the boiler runs into a fault caused by the manufacturing process or materials.
Amongst other things, for a valid warranty, the boiler must be registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of installation and it must be serviced every 12 months by a professional.
