Chas Stewart came within 24 hours to assess the job and we had a compelling quote from them a few days later. they scheduled the work within 2 weeks but we had to postpone by a week; that was no issue.
The workmen - heating engineers; electricians and owners - could not have been more diligent; polite and efficient. They worked calmly, quietly and cleanly and were always ver respectful of both my wife and me. They hit two major snags nether of which was their fault and neither of which they could have anticipated. One they had to leave for me to sort because it was way out of their scope. The second - a bizarre and illogical wiring for thermostats control - they got over by bringing in niche expertise at no cost to us.
Chas Stewart were excellent and we would recommend them to all.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From day one when I had a new Worcester boiler fitted along with a new pump I had no worries.
