Bryn came out promptly, listened to what we wanted, sent us a quote, listened some more, came out again and sent us a new quote based on our revised needs for some bigger radiators.
Mark arrived just after eight on the day, shortly followed by Tom and they both worked like Trojans, putting in our new Worcester boiler and two replacement radiators. Twelve hours later, after sorting out a last minute problem in our header tank, they left. The work was tidy and they explained what they were doing when asked. We now have a lovely warm house and no worries about our very old boiler breaking down this winter.
We would definitely recommend although they weren’t quite the lowest quote, but we had confidence in them all the way.

Before leaving, they thoroughly tested the system to ensure it was working perfectly and provided me with detailed instructions on how to operate the new boiler. The team also left the area spotless, removing all debris and old equipment.
Since the installation, the boiler has been working flawlessly, providing consistent heat and hot water. I also appreciate the post-installation support and the clear explanation of the warranty. Overall, a fantastic experience – I highly recommend them!

On the day Mike arrived early and was very understanding of my pet situation. Believe me not all work people are. The whole day ran so smoothly the dogs slept.
