The home 35 is a highly efficient unit, with it being a wall mounted boiler that has been designed and manufactured by Vaillant. It is a combi gas boiler, and with it being a combi boiler it can supply hot water and heating on demand by using the mains water supply.
This means you don't need to have bulky tanks or cylinders, making them perfect for smaller homes where space maybe limited. With it being designed with simplicity in mind it is a highly efficient unit coming with an efficiency rating of 89.3% and an output rating of 35kW, making the unit perfect for larger properties with higher demand for heating and hot water.
This boiler is compact in size coming with dimensions of 740mm x 418mm x 300mm making it flexible in where it can be placed. It also features a wide range of flue lengths, upward piping, frame accessories and no compartment ventilation needed. All of these features allow for it to be placed just about anywhere.
This unit has a low lift weight, comes with two way siphonic condensate trap and has a fitting pack included. All of these features allow for a quick and easy installation that will save you time and money. This boiler also features a high performance long life aluminium alloy heat exchanger and has a standard 2 years warranty to give you peace of mind that the boiler will not let you down.
