The Vaillant ecoTEC Exclusive 832 offers on demand hot water and central heating and is a good choice for homeowners who don't want or can't accommodate a separate hot water tank.
The 32 kW version (there is also a 38kW available) provides enough power for three-bedroom semi with one bathroom and a shower/en-suite.
It's a little large than most combis (80x48x45cm) and weighs 44kg so probably won't fit behind a standard size kitchen cupboard.
You'll also need to leave at least 50cm clearance in front so it can be serviced.
As with most boilers the addition of further external controls on radiators and room thermostats will allow you to maximise your boilers efficiency your installer will advise on what is best for your property.
This Vaillant boiler is recommended by the Energy Saving Trust.
