The Xclusive 24kW Combi gas boiler is a highly reliable compact unit that has been designed and manufactured by Intergas. As a Combi boiler, it’s a water heater and central heating boiler wrapped into one unit, which means that it doesn’t require a hot water cylinder, helping to save space in your home.
This is a highly efficient unit, as shown by its seasonal efficiency rating of 92% and ErP A rating for heat and hot water. In addition, it features a flow rate of 11 litres per minute to help meet your demand for hot water. An output rating of 24kW makes this boiler suitable for smaller homes with only one bathroom and not such a high demand for heating and hot water. Also available in the range are models with outputs of 30kW and 36kW which are more suited to larger homes with 2 or more bathrooms.
The many features of this boiler include an innovative heat exchanger that integrates both hot water and central heating circuits in the most technologically advanced form, this design is patented and features fully integrated copper piping to ensure maximum heat transfer and minimal heat loss, the central heating and cold water supplies flow directly through the heat exchanger to cool and condense the flue gases fully and extract as much heat as possible - technology that does away with the need for a three way valve. Fitted with cutting edge, solid state electronics to control its gas valve pilot light, fan and pump which allows for a reduced number of moving parts and increased reliability, with the components that need servicing and maintenance being made easily accessible.
Rather than having your Xclusive boiler serviced every 12 months, Intergas have released an innovative new feature which means that it only needs to be serviced after 1,700 hours of operation. This could potentially save you money and thanks to RF technology being paired with the Intergas LAN Gateway, your installer will be able to remotely track performance. This is an optional feature and you can stick to an annual boiler service if you’d prefer.
