The Utility HE U70HE Regular Oil Boiler, is a highly reliable condensing unit that’s been manufactured by Warmflow.
It’s a highly efficient boiler, shown through its efficiency rating of 93% which means that it has a SEDBUK A rating. Available with an output rating of 22kW means that this boiler is perfectly suited to smaller homes with one bathroom that don’t have such a high demand for heating and hot water. Other outputs are available, ranging from 15-44kW, so there’s a boiler in this range suitable for homes of many sizes.
This compact boiler is floor standing and has been housed in an IP45 rated casing with a grey finish. Measuring at 900mm high by 413 wide its size will help save you some valuable space within the home.
Despite the compact size, this boiler has many features, including front service access, suitability with conventional flues or multi-optional HE easy-fit balanced flue systems, a Riello RDB2.2 and 3.2 burner that’s fitted as standard and you also have the option to fit your boiler with a frost protection thermostat kit that will protect it all year round, especially in the cold winter months when the unit is needed most.
As this is a Regular boiler it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. Due to this, it’s not really suitable for smaller homes or properties where space is limited. Available with a 5 year warranty, you can have this boiler installed knowing that you’re well covered.
