The Utility HE is a condensing floor standing system boiler with a fuel type of oil. It has an output of 33kW and an efficiency rating of 90.7%, making its band rating A.
This boiler comes with easy to use controls and is suitable for use with conventional flues or with the multi-optional HEM easy-fit balanced flue system. It also features an easily accessible highly efficient heat exchanger.
This boilers compact size means that it can fit nicely under a work surface in a kitchen or a utility room. Its compact size makes it an easy to install boiler, with a height of 865mm, depth of 600mm and width of 413mm.
It also comes with a system kit that can be connected in a couple of minutes, creating a sealed heating system. This boiler is supplied with a pre-wired factory fitted burner, thermostat and circulating pump, one IE 320 mains socket, a pre assembled expansion vessel, pressure gauge and filling loop, as well as a pressure hose for connection to the system.
The boiler comes with a multi optional flue system that gives you the flexibility over where you can put the boiler - you can choose to route it through the top, back, left or right hand side of the casing.
It also comes with the latest technology to make the boiler quiet when operating and is available with five years warranty. It is also available in other outputs such as 21-26kW and 15-21kW.

I have had my combi pack warmflow boiler for over 18 years the boiler in all this time I'm as never once let me down it's all Fired fitted with the tiger and boiler being about 90 ft away from the oil tank warmflow I think is the best boiler on the market it might be a little more expensive then some of the other models out there are well branded of course I've been around for a long time over the years I've heard a lot set about warmflow boilers some good some not so good but sometimes it's not the boiler at fault it's the system that you're fitting it too
Terrible !!! Don't get me wrong boiler was ok, never ever heated all my radiators though, always a couple of luke warm ones, despite balancing etc never made one iota of difference. Boiler I had before lasted 30 years, heated house to full capacity and rarely let me down. Today 8 years after purchase this boiler needs REPLACED !!!!! Its scrap I was told. Got second opinion due to my disbelief and again was told scrap !!!! Feel ripped off, this boiler cost me a lot of money and I though couple of hundred at most to repair - oh the fault - inside was filled with water, bad leak on the inside - also trashed the burner as it was full of water too. Beware people !
