Vaillant’s Home 12kW System Gas Boiler is a highly reliable condensing wall mounted unit that boasts a wide range of features and benefits.
Designed to be highly efficient, this unit features an efficiency rating of 89.4% along with an ErP A rating. The output of the boiler is 12kW which makes it the perfect fit for smaller homes with one bathroom that don’t have such a high demand for heating and hot water. The range also has other outputs available including 15kW, 18kW and 25kW to offer a boiler for homes of just about any size.
Thanks to its compact size of 740x418x300mm (HxWxD) and the fact it can be kept on the wall, you’ll be saving that much needed space around the home. Despite its compact size, this unit still has a lot of features and benefits to offer, including a modulation up to 1:5 for increased efficiency, full compatibility with all current Vaillant controls, an easy to use interface and a choice of homeowner controls.
This Vaillant boiler allows you to save money and keep your energy bills low with a fully modulating low Nox burner and a no-fill condense tap for simplicity on commissioning.
As this is a System boiler it will use water from the mains to send hot water to the radiators and a sealed hot water storage cylinder. The important parts of the system are built into the boiler which makes it more compact and easier to service.
