Introducing the Kitchen Utility Classic CKUT3 from Mistral. This model is a Regular boiler which has been designed to be placed in a kitchen or utility room. It has a width of just 500mm and is compact enough to be placed under a standard kitchen worktop.
The boiler uses condensing technology which delivers a high efficiency rating of 93% which makes it an A rated appliance. It has an output rating of 35kW which makes it a great choice for homes medium to large sized homes e.g. homes with multiple bathrooms, more than 3 bedrooms and a high demand for heating and hot water. This boiler is also available in a range of other outputs from 41 - 70kW. Mistral also offer the boiler for external installation or as a non-condensing model.
The detachable front casing enables easy access for future commissioning and service work which could save you both money and time. The multi directional flue outlet option can be used in conjunction with the pre punched pipe entry points on both the sides and back of the unit. This enables an easier and quicker installation which could save time and money when it comes to installation. This boiler has both a conventional or balanced flue option.
As a Regular boiler it needs to incorporate a hot water cylinder which is fed by a cold water storage cistern located and a feed and expansion cistern located in the loft. This may make it unsuitable for homes where space is limited. You’ll receive a 5 year warranty as standard from Mistral which is a mark of the quality of the design and components.
