The Envirolite Boilerhouse CR20 is a highly-reliable Regular, floor-standing, condensing oil boiler that has been designed and manufactured by Firebird.
Not only is this unit highly reliable, it’s efficient too. It features a seasonal efficiency of 93% making the boiler an ErP A rating which could help you to save money on your energy bills. A 20kW output makes this a unit suitable for smaller homes that don’t have such a high demand for heating and hot water. If you live in a slightly larger home and have higher heating and hot water demands then the range also includes outputs of 26kW and 35kW.
Firebird has designed this unit so that it is able to be placed in an Boilerhouse garage or outbuilding, helping you save that much-needed space in your home. Plus, thanks to a fully insulated casing, heat loss is kept down to an absolute minimum.
As a Regular boiler, also called a Heat Only or Conventional boiler, it needs to be installed along with extended controls, a hot water cylinder - often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft - and a feed and expansion cistern, also located in the loft. Because of this, this boiler is not always suitable for the smaller homes where space is limited.
The features of the Enviroblue include blue and yellow flame options, premium steel construction, a PCB controller that uses highly accurate thermistors, anti-cycling function and multiple tapping points for ease of installation, allowing for the boiler to save you both time and money. In addition to all of this, the unit has a patented heat exchanger and multi-directional flue options for flexibility in where it can be placed. The boiler has a high performance MHG / riello RDB blue burner that is complete with full diagnostic control box.
