Electric boilers don’t produce any emissions as they operate which, in addition to lowering your carbon footprint, removes any risk of a carbon monoxide leak and makes installation flexible as there’s no need for a flue.
How efficient is the ELNUR Mattira?
The ELNUR Mattira has an efficiency of 36.4% but can achieve 100% efficiency thanks to the Smart Energy Modulating system (SEM). SEM calculates energy consumption versus demand every 20 seconds and modulates the heating output accordingly, to keep energy usage at a minimum. They hold an ErP D-rating for heat which is low due to electricity generation being carbon intensive as it involves the burning of fossil fuels.
